Refund Policy
r-statistics.co Pro subscriptions are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Pro doesn't make you a meaningfully better R user in your first 30 days, you can request a full refund and we will return every cent you paid. No forms. No retention call. Just an email.
1. Free trial period
Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Your payment method is held but not charged during the trial. You can cancel any time inside those 7 days and you will owe nothing. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged for the plan you selected and the 30-day money-back guarantee begins from that charge date.
2. 30-day money-back guarantee (after first charge)
From the date your card is first charged, you have 30 calendar days to request a full refund for any reason or no reason at all. The refund covers the full amount of the most recent charge, including any taxes collected. You retain access to Pro until the refund is processed.
3. Subsequent renewal charges (annual plan)
Annual plans send a renewal-warning email 14 days before each automatic renewal. If you forget to cancel and are charged for a renewal you did not want, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund the renewal in full.
4. Monthly plan renewals
Monthly Pro renewals are not eligible for refund individually because cancellation is available at any time before the next renewal cycle. To stop monthly billing, cancel from your billing page (one click, no questions). Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
5. Lifetime plan
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the Lifetime plan exactly the same way. After 30 days, the Lifetime plan is non-refundable but provides permanent access to all current and future Pro features at no additional cost.
6. Teams plan
Teams subscriptions follow the same 30-day money-back guarantee, calculated from the initial team-seat purchase. Mid-term seat additions are pro-rated on cancellation.
7. Pro-rated upgrades
Switching from Pro Monthly to Pro Annual mid-cycle credits the unused portion of your current plan against the new plan's price. Switching from Pro Annual to Lifetime credits the unused portion of the year against the $199 Lifetime price. Email us to request a pro-rated upgrade.
8. What is not eligible
- Refunds requested more than 30 days after first charge (except for renewal mistakes covered in section 3).
- Chargebacks initiated without first emailing us. We will dispute chargebacks where a refund was available on request.
- Refund requests for an account that has been suspended for violating the Terms of Service.
9. How refunds are processed
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your card issuer. PayPal refunds are usually instant. Bank transfers can take up to 10 business days. We have no control over the speed of your bank or card issuer.
10. Payment processor
Pro subscriptions are billed through our payment partners (Paddle for international customers, Razorpay for Indian customers). Refunds are issued through the same processor that handled the original charge. You may see the refund credit appear under that processor's name on your statement.
11. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel any active Pro subscription at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not by itself trigger a refund. To stop billing AND get money back, request a refund per section 2.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes apply only to charges made after the change date. Existing subscriptions retain the policy that was in effect when they were first charged.
